The Standard Specifications are in American Public Works Association (APWA) contract format.

Despite considerable efforts
to produce a completely error-free document, some mistakes seem to defy detection until

PRECEDENCE
While every effort has been made
to ensure the web version of the Standard Plans and the Standard Specifications are
